2. Server logs

Our hosting provider stores standard request logs (IP, timestamp, user agent, URL) for up to 14 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

3. Contact form

If you send us a request via the contact form, we process your name, email, company and message solely to respond to your inquiry.

4. Cookies & analytics

Gymdooh.com uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@gymdooh.com.

6. Advertising network (DOOH)

Our in-gym screen network operates without facial recognition or personal identification of viewers. Reach figures are derived from anonymised footfall and check-in data provided by partner studios.
